We produce, store and ship

Questions, answered
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. The minimum is shown on every product card and page, and packs start from small runs. If you need fewer, ask us.
Do I pay online?
No. Your Quote Basket sends us a request, not an order. You only commit once you have approved your mockups and firm quote.
How do the free mockups work?
We check your artwork, place it on every item at the right size and position, and send you digital mockups with your quote. Changes are free until you approve.
How long does production take?
Standard production is typically 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Working to a fixed date? Tell us in your Quote Basket and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can you deliver to several offices or countries?
Yes. Upload a CSV of sites and quantities and each one gets its own delivery, across Ireland and Europe.
Can you store our merch?
Yes. We hold stock in our Limerick warehouse and dispatch on demand, to people, offices or events.
Are prices ex VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site are shown ex VAT, and VAT is added on your quote. Delivery is charged separately: it depends on the freight weight of your order, so we confirm it once your order is placed.
